IPL AI Prediction Bot ("the Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered cricket prediction tool available at iplai.netlify.app. The Service is operated as a personal project.

We collect minimal data to operate the Service:

Usage data: Netlify and Netlify Functions automatically collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not control this collection — it is governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy.
No personal accounts: The Service does not require registration, login, or the submission of any personal information.
No cookies: We do not set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics.

3. How We Use Data

Server logs collected by Netlify are used solely for infrastructure purposes (debugging, abuse prevention, uptime monitoring). We do not sell, share, or process personal data for marketing or profiling purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Netlify: Hosts the frontend and serverless functions. See Netlify Privacy Policy.
Cricket data API: Live match data is fetched from public cricket data sources. No user data is sent to these sources.

5. Data Retention

We do not store user data on our own systems. Netlify retains server logs in accordance with their own retention policies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data directly, there is typically nothing to action. For data held by Netlify, please contact Netlify directly.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
